At ACMS World, we work to deliver your home décor and hanging garden products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, charges, and related terms.
Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at the moment.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, deliveries usually take:
Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–5 business days
Other locations: 4–8 business days
Remote/Out-of-delivery areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates; unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, festivals, or courier constraints may occur.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight/volume, and ongoing promotions. Any charge will be shown before payment.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email/SMS with the courier name and tracking number. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website using this number.
Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Address change requests are possible only before dispatch. Courier partners usually make up to two delivery attempts; if undelivered, the shipment may be returned to us.
Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items
If your package arrives visibly damaged or items are missing, please take photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
Packaging & Handling
We use secure and protective packaging suitable for décor items and planters to minimize transit damage. Fragile items are double-checked before dispatch.
Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, consignee unavailable, or refusal to accept, we can reship on request. Reshipping charges may apply. If you prefer a refund (where eligible), it will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
Prepaid & COD
We accept prepaid orders through secure online payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) availability may vary by pin code and order value; if offered, COD fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.
